Priya and Rekha are colleagues.
They are talking to each other on a video call.
They are planning to give a presentation to their boss.
Practise speaking out loud with us.
Priya: “Good morning, Rekha!”
Rekha: “Good morning, Priti!”
Rekha: “How was your weekend?”
Priya: “My weekend was nice. I spent time with my family.”
Priya: “How was your weekend?”
Rekha: “I went to my friend’s birthday party this weekend! I had fun.”
Priya: “That is great!”
Rekha: “We need to talk about the project.”
Priya: “You and I are presenting to the boss next week.”
Priya: “We need to get ready for this presentation.”
Rekha: “Yes. Where should we start?”
Priya: “We should start by deciding what we want to present.”
Rekha: “Can you please speak louder? I cannot hear you.”
Priya: “Okay, let me try again.”
Priya: “We should start by deciding what we want to present.”
Rekha: “Yes, I can hear you better.”
Rekha: “Okay, I will send you an email with my ideas.”
Priya: “Okay. That would be good.”
Priya: “I can make the PowerPoint presentation.”
Priya: “Let us talk again when I am making it.”
Rekha: “Of course. Do you have time on Friday to practise the presentation?”
Priya: “Yes! I will send you an email invitation for 3:00 PM after this call.”
Rekha: “Great. I will email you my ideas right after this call, too.”
Priya: “Great! Goodbye, Rekha!”
Rekha: “Goodbye, Priti.”
