Tara: Hi Zahir!

Tara: Do you have some time to talk?
Zahir: Yes. We can talk now.
Tara: Great. I am scheduling a meeting today at 3 PM.
Zahir:Is this meeting for the sales project?
Tara: Yes! We are going to decide on our plan.
Zahir: Okay.
I did the research you asked for.
Do you want it before the meeting?
Tara: Yes! Email it to me. I will be taking notes during the meeting.
Zahir: Sure. Who else will be in the meeting?
Tara: Our team will be there.
Sadiqa, the head of the sales department, will also attend the meeting.
We need her approval on this plan.
Zahir: Malik from the finance department asked if he could be a part of this meeting.
He is going to be handling the finances of this project.
Tara: Sure. I will send him an invite to the meeting.
Zahir: Okay, thank you. I will be at the meeting early.
Tara: Good! See you then.
Zahir: Bye.
